 (*) 1 EM Unit = One cycle or process completion.  EM Units are the way we assign a relative value (price) to our services and products. The EM Unit price might vary every season. A unit is not measured by time, but by the process needed for the unit to be completed ( It refers to a process of completion of a level of service possible to be offered/accomplished along a period of time). The length of this process vary, according to case, unit design, content, theme and the customer. (for example 1 UNIT might be: 1 Session of 45 min; or 1 session of 3-5-9 hours; 3, 5 up to 9 sessions of 45 min up to 3 hours each ). Our customers receive on advanced a UNIT design, with its length. In order to know the UNIT design you need to introuduce your self, your project, wishes or needs. How? with one A4 brief presentation and if possible with a mini video of 3 minutes or voice record of 3 min. It is important you include in the brief presentation information about your self, references if any on hand and a description of your needs, wishes or project. Then you might receive a list of additional questions (if necessary) or an invitation for a first private interview. Along the first interview you might receive: a.) a first session, b.) the development with you of an EM Analsys of the situation and process needed. According to this first session you will receive a UNIT design and the necessary list of conditions. We describe the experience of sourcing in the following way:

The knowledge about nature principles and human factor need to be experienced in a direct way, through precise practices and in some cases application of methods. But these experiences do not mean you have any knowledge, as knowledge cannot be possesed nor taken, true knowledge and wisdom are not intelectual nor information nor experiences nor methods, true knowledge rises naturally from within your heart. A teacher, or facilitator is actually a friend that collaborates with you in the process of consciouss cocreation of the conditions necessary to aloud those experiences of your self and nature, and give you advice. It is you the most important one, as it is your ability to learn by yourself, to love yourself and to know yourself, that will bring you to the truth.

It is through sourcing that the knowledge of elements management rise within our organic consciouss light, and it is thanks to the flow of prime love that elements management becomes a self-liberating experience. This unique experience of ourselves is also available for all of us, and Elements Management offers you a variety of highly effective EM Methods for sourcing.

Holosustainable Network

In order to become a member of our online or at location network (community)  you need to be an EM Practitioner, an EM Academy student, and EM Holoentrepreneur or Holosustainable Services Customer with at least 9 units training.

As an EM Practitioner or EM Academy Student you are entitle to participate in our continues training, collaboration projects and to enjoy our cocreative collaboration for individual and collective holistic sustainable living.

Which means you can join our private networks (only for members), receive access to free and paid services, books, workbooks, study groups, videos, gatherings and cocreative collaboration environments.

We are co-creating a new morphic field, which has the purpose to resonate, vibrate and re-shape the inteligence of the collective mind and organic emotional human globally by integrating nature principles, oneness, prime love, consciousness shift, human heart based technology, emotional sensory sound awareness and organic and holistic sustainable living into our daily life and professional or organizational (business or community) experience.

Holosustainability takes place naturally, when we aloud the inteligence of nature to be exprssed through us.  Holosustainability acts effectivelly beyond the need of money: For EM KNow How Money is not necesary in order to achieve complete innerstanding and skilfull management of holistic sustainable business processes and daily life.
