EM Learning Cycle & Personalized Learning Process

 The study programm follows the EM learning cycle, a unique self-education systhem based on experiential education and the EM Multidimensional Mandala.

Along a first evaluation process of student interests and goals the EM Academy will design with you, together, by applying Elements Management Analysis methods, an individual learning program or invite you join a study group that shares with you similar interests.

The main goal of the study process is to add and combine the power of new Active-Elements in your daily life and professional life activities. In that way we will help you advance your  performance and self-management capacity and also learn how to apply EM in your daily life.

To activate the power of one or more elements in your life means to wake up zones in your self-organization and self-management fields that was never or almost never used before.  Bringing one or more zones back to the play, and combining their power with other forces you have already active in your life, we will achive a new and integrative performance.

There are three main learning processes provided:

• Adjustment-Awakening perception Models
• Technical studies
• Practical application skills, integration

Learning Processes

According to your self-study capacity and to the kind of learning process you would like to experience, the EM Academy offers you 5 Learning Processes.

It is also possible to validate units from one track to another one through a Validation Test ( EM Quantum Training which after intensive quantum studies you will develop an EM Project and receive EM Coaching included.

EM900

Learning process, is dedicated to the EM900 Standard Certification, with a refined capacity to apply EM Know How ( Goal is the EM900 Level 9)

EM Quantum

provides you a highspeed multidimensional and quantum training. This learning process is ideal for already experts or individuals with a well developed capacity: EQ, IQ, MD Q and QQ.

EM 9 MD Q ( 9 EM Inteligences).

This learning process is dedicated to individuals that would like to focus in personal development and the expansion of their capacity to the 9 EM Inteligences where IQ, EQ, MD Q, QQ and the 9 Mandalas inteligences will be enhanced.

The EM Standard Learning Process

is dedicated to individuals that would like to experience along 9 to more months one Certification level. Units includes individual coaching.

The EM Online Learning process,

aloud individuals and teams to learn and colaborate along 9 to more months for one certification level. The amount of units is higher as the Online learning process is based on individual coaching and self study (videos)
