EM900 Standard for Application

EM900 Plus

Includes application and practice in simultaneus at following levels:

• 0. your real self
• 1. your individual life
• 2. your 1-2-1 relationships
• 3. your community, family or team
• 4. your organization ( corporation, business, professional life, community, city, project, family)
• 5. your creative projects and network
• 6. your location and culture
• 7. your travel among countries and locations
• 8. your function, collaboration for global development
• 9. your own mission and purpose.

EM Self-Transformation Levels of Expertise

The 9 levels of expertise for the practice of Elements Management methods, describe internal abilities achieved that will be expressed through practical applications and become observable.

The 9 levels are described through symbolic language, a multilevel of paralel meaning tool.

ZERO

„Be and do who you are, tottally“

The stage zero, is experienced aa state of selfawareness of own natural state of being, and self recognition of the set up of your intention, your life questions, self-awareness of your actual perception models, potentiality and capacity. Know yourself. At this level the practitioner need to develop the skill to self-activate the 9 EM Multidimensional inteligences of elements management.

ONE
"The first waves might roll you, but you will not harm yourself."

The first stage is expressed by the ability to apply E.M. methods and practices by yourself at the field your own individual development, or self-re-discovery process. Learning to learn EM, learning to perceive and learning to experience in a new way are the main goals of the training that will lead you to complete the level ONE. Self responsibility, discipline, self-care and rhythm are expression of this new stage: The ability to apply the EM Methods in interaction with a non sustainable world.

TWO
"Having fun with the waves"

The second stage is expressed by the hability to apply EM in order to activate the EM Elements and EM Mandalas (To activate our ability to interact and collaborate with the elements and their mandalas: multidimensional fields), trigger process of transformation into Holosustainable Iiving, and enhancing individual and collective capacity to evolve in all EM900 Standard levels.

The key challenge in this stage is to develop the EM skills and wisdom necessary to interact 1-2-1 with other field (the other one field) ind an  EM Organic way and based on Natural Self Development (human personl development).

THREE

"Enjoying the art of surfing"

The third stage is expressed by the hability to lead and manage EM Multidimensional and Paralel Processes, by integrating cocreation and collaboration at the level of collective awareness and behavior. As the other levels, it is also human factor based.

The third stage,  is the expression of the foundation of EM Know How: it is based on
experience, knowledge, capacity, skills and application, necessary to start any entrepreneurial,  personal or collective, development project.

FOUR

"Surfing as an acrobat on the waves"

The Fourth Stage, is expressed by the hability to facilitate EM, according to EM900 Standard. At this level, practitioners need to be able to innovate and to collaborate for the co-creation of solutions based on elements management know how.

FIVE

"Expressing the wisdom of the ocean, dolphines and surfing"

The fifth stage is expressed by the ability to facilitate EM for Personal development and EM Self Transfromation, by integrating a joy-full experience of self-transformation, and by applying skilfully the the EM Methods available at the date for personal development. 

SIX
"Riding the gigants"

The Sixth stage is expressed by the ability to work with EM Emotional Time Management, EM Emotional and Organic Process Management, as well as with EM Sound Yoga effectively.

SEVEN

" Becomming sound of the river, the sound of the ocean, the waves"

The Seventh stage is expressed by the hability to experience the ECHO of life, work with EM  Perception Models and EM Life Cycle, acessing knowledge from nature and human factor potentiality, behavior and principles.

An advanced capacity for Innovation based on elements management is a skill that need to be developed for this level.

The practitioners should be able to apply EM GBBS Method for sourcing effectivelly, at all levels of the EM900 Field of training, and for all EM Methods available at the date.

EIGHT

"Mastering the ocean of waves"

The eigth stage is expressed by the ability to manage a EM 900 process of development, including levels 5 to 9 of collective awareness. The main intent of the practitioner in order to achieve completion of this level need to be to achieve self awareness of the multidimensionality of this work, from level 0-9 of the EM900 Standard, and capacity of selfmanagement and management in all the levels of the EM900 Field of Training and EM900 Field of application. The purpose is to become skil-full for the EM900 Plus..

NINE
"Quantum Surfing"

The ninth stage is expressed by the ability to apply the EM Quantum, at all levels of the EM900 Field of Training, EM 900 Standard of application and EM900 Plus. Also by applying all EM Methods and practices..
